Welcome to our staff section. The Institute is made up of a dedicated team of researchers and clinicians many of whom are pre-eminent in their fields. Over 25 years we have established a tradition of innovation and discovery at ANRI which continues to inspire our leading scientists and attract new talent. Our staff are involved with high quality research in ten major research groups; each includes senior clinicians and scientists who also train and supervise PhD candidates and honours students. There are also a number of national and international research collaborations with other institutes, universities, and hospitals to ensure maximum benefit to the community. Our clinical emphasis ensures there is a bench-to-bedside result from our scientific research.
In the University of Western Australia Socrates Research Index, which compares outcomes in the scientific research centres allied to UWA, results show the ANRI at the top of the league ladder. - Professor Gary Thickbroom
